Full commercial kitchen buildout. Custom cabinetry, countertops, full-height backsplash, and sink installation. Rerouted plumbing for an entirely new layout, ran new electrical lines, added outlets, and installed a dishwasher where none previously existed. New pipes, new sewage lines, new electrical infrastructure.

Gravel Walkway
400 linear feet of custom gravel pathway through a resort common area leading to the beach. Custom-fabricated edging with a layered weed barrier system designed for long-term accessibility and low maintenance. Engineered for high foot traffic through natural terrain.
Party Pit
Commercial Firepit
24-person commercial firepit and gathering area built on a hillside. Custom elevated round pad, 28 feet in diameter, tapering from ground level to over 3 feet of elevation — achieved through engineered site work, compacted fill, road base, and paver fines. Firepit is 7.5 feet in diameter, finished in custom veneer stone.
Custom Outdoor Gathering Area
Park Barbecue
Custom-designed octagonal barbecue area with an interior pentagon housing three commercial-grade barbecue units. Surrounded by mulch and landscaping outside the perimeter. Commercial high-top exterior tables with built-in seating, all bolted into concrete. Permanent, maintenance-free outdoor space built for community use.
Lakeside Beach Restoration
Beach Renourishment
Full lakeside beach restoration — vegetation and debris removal, weed barrier installation, compaction, and fresh beach sand placement. Built a custom wood deck ramp from the common area to the beach, fully wheelchair accessible. Designed and built to ADA accessibility standards.

Full Structural Rescue
Rotted Sheathing & Framing
Water infiltration and termite damage destroyed the sheathing and framing behind the siding on a 1980s home. Walls cracking, drywall caving, structure above the garage failing. MKC removed the siding, demolished and replaced the rotted sheathing, reframed what needed it, installed new vapor barrier and house wrap, then reinstalled the original vinyl siding. Saved the homeowner over $15,000 versus competing bids.
